BODY RENEW FITNESS YOUTH SOCCER CLINICS
Body Renew Fitness has partnered with Shenandoah FC Elite Soccer to offer an exciting new approach to our Kids’ Soccer Program. All of these clinics will be located at Body Renew Fitness's Family Sports Center.
MICRO SOCCER (formerly Tiny Kickers)
(ages 3-5) Parent/Child Program for 6 exciting weeks. We introduce our youngest players to the fun and excitement of soccer. Our experienced instructors teach fundamentals of footwork, movement patterns and coordination. Classes are divided into smaller groups allowing coaches to ultilize age and level-appropriate teaching tools. Parents are on the field with children during the training session to help the coaches.

DEVELOPMENT SOCCER (Formerly Kiddie Kickers Soccer) (ages 6-9)
Development Soccer emphasizes individual skill development with each session focusing on a different aspect of the game as players learn techniques through challenges and competitions.

ADVANCED SOCCER (Formerly Little Iron Legs)
(ages 10-13) The Advanced Soccer Clinic is designed to supplement their recreational or travel team practices with more training in a small setting. Players develop individual skills and tactical awareness during small-sided activities and drills. This program will focus on the technical aspect of striking, passing, dribbling and moves under pressure.
