Elite Winter Goalkeeper Training

OVERVIEW

With Elite Goalkeeper Training, all keepers will receive the training and coaching needed to prepare them for all aspects of the goalkeeper position.  In our 10-week winter training, each goalkeeper will learn the core fundamentals to not only make key saves but also develop into an all-around keeper.

• Crosses & High Balls
• 1v1 & Breakaways
• Distribution & Starting Positions
• Goalkeeper Speed Work & Agility
• Mental aspects of Goalkeeping

WHO CAN ATTEND ELITE WINTER GOALKEEPER TRAINING?

Anyone can attend. ELITE Winter Goalkeeper Training is a supplemental training program.  All our programs are supplementary: “functioning in a supporting capacity.”

Program cost:
The cost of an 10-week program will be $75 and will include:
10 X 60 minute training sessions
