2004 Boys Travel Format:
18 players maximum roster size
11v11 on the field (10 field players, 1 GK) • 35-minute halves (NCSL league play)
Size 5 balls
Approx. 70x100 fields
8 x 24 Goal Size 

Travel Time Commitment:
 May: tryouts
June-August:  1x per week (optional) open 3v3 play
August: 2x week training begins the week of 8/8, 1x week technical night
Sept -Nov: 2x week training, 1x week technical night, 1x week league games, tournament 
Dec: OFF
Jan/Feb: 1-2x week team training, tournament 
March: 2x week training, 1x week technical night, 1x week league games, tournament
April/May: 2x week training, 1x week technical night, 1x week league games, tournament

SAC Columbus Day Weekend Tournament, Columbia, MD - October
PWSI Icebreaker Soccer Tournament, Haymarket, VA – March
The Canon Cup, Haymarket, VA - May

Technical Academy/ GK Academy:
Technical Academy  (TA) – rotation of coaches, curriculum, technical focus, club atmosphere
1 night per week

GK Academy (GKA) - 2 players per week attend

Off-Season Training:
The yearly training plan is arranged by the executive director/coach, which includes the following
Winter Club Indoor Training Sessions (included in fees)
