NEW Program - Our Micro Indoor Soccer League at Body Renew Fitness is a high-energy soccer program designed specifically for young players. Children are encouraged to develop their physical, mental and social abilities through creative soccer games and other activities.
ALL ABOUT FUN! Learning basic agility skills and learning to follow simple & basic instructions in a FUN & Non-Stressful Atmosphere.
All players welcome, both boys & girls! We start from scratch, no soccer experience required :-) FUN is our main goal for our Micro Soccer Program! We are looking to create an experience that instills an early love for the sport.
Shenandoah FC Elite is focused on the development of players at the youngest of ages. We have developed a program with a tailored, true soccer experience and path that best fits your child’s level of interest and family’s commitment all the way from the youngest through the oldest of ages.
For the youngest players, SFCE provides the Micro Soccer Program. This program is an introduction to soccer for kids 6 and under. ALL Fun & Play with 1v1, 2v2 & 3v3 games and age appropriate drills.
SFCE utilizes coaches and young athletes/mentors to ensure an extremely low Player to Coach. The players experience unmatched positive feedback and encouragement during every training session.
- Thursday Nights (4-year-old through 8-year-old)
- 1 Location – Body Renew Fitness
- Participation Award presented to each player at the end of the season
- 60 minute Sessions for 4 - 8-year-old players made up of soccer based activities
- Developmentally appropriate activities for Boys & Girls
- An excellent step towards building basic fundamental skills for the 5-8-year-old Emerging Talent Academy.
Players learn individual skills, teamwork and most importantly having fun while developing a love for the game. TThe Micro Indoor Soccer Leauge emphasizes mastering basic coordination and agility with and without a soccer ball as well as providing an environment that builds confidence. Ages 4 – 8.

WHAT’S NEW THIS YEAR?
Age Groups – We will now follow US Soccer’s guidelines on the Birth Year age groups for all of our Youth Leagues. 2013 - U5, 2012 - U6, 2011 - U7, 2010 – U8, 2009 – U9, 2008 – U10, 2007 – U11, 2006 - U12, 2005 - U13, 2004 - U14, etc. This means ALL players should have the same Birth Year on your team. Players may elect to play UP one year but can NOT play down. If you need advice on the correct age group, please contact the League Director.
T-Shirts! – All players who register individually will receive a T-Shirt with their registration.
FAQ FOR OUR WINTER PROGRAM:
ARE THERE PRACTICES?
Yes, Our program has 30/40 minutes of training and then 30/20 minutes of Games.
HOW MANY ARE KIDS ON A TEAM?
6-8 kids per team for 4v4. We do not have roster maximums or minimums.
MY CHILD DOESN’T HAVE A TEAM, CAN I STILL SIGN UP?
Of course! We take individuals up to age 8 and will place them with other kids their age to form a team. If your child is older than 6, you can go to the Winchester Indoor Soccer Page and look for the programs available.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I REGISTER?
EARLY! We fill very quickly, often before the deadline, especially for Winter 2. Full payment is due with your registration.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY TEAM OR CHILD HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?
I will send a confirmation email once the deadline has passed confirming your place in the league.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Register online by clicking the link below OR download the registration form and then turn in your form with your payment (check or cash). You can mail the form or bring it to our front desk. Please try to register online, it’s much easier!

Fredericksburg FC is focused on the development of players at the youngest of ages. We have recently restructured our programming to provide all players 8 & Under with a tailored, true soccer experience and path that best fits your child’s level of interest and family’s commitment all the way from the youngest through the oldest of ages.
For the youngest players FFC provides the U4 Mini's Program. This program is an introduction to soccer for kids 4 and under. ALL Fun & Play with 1v1, 2v2 & 3v3 games and age appropriate drills on Saturday mornings.
The Mini Program is coached by Tom Bull, who not only has many years of travel and recreation experience, but has started and grown the Mini program into an exciting environment that all the kids and parents enjoy !
FFC utilizes assistant coaches and young athletes / mentors to ensure an extremely low Player to Coach. The players experience unmatched positive feedback and encouragement during every training session.
- Professional Trainers provided by Fredericksburg FC
- Saturday only program for 2 through Pre-School (3 year old and 4 year old)
- 1 Location – FFC Park ( The programming is ideal for Parents with multiple siblings at FFC, all Younger Age Programming is held Saturday's )
- Participation Award presented to each player at the end of the season
- 45 minute Sessions for 2, 3 & 4 year old players made up of soccer based activities
- Developmentally appropriate activities for Boys & Girls
- Excellent step towards building basic fundamental skills for the U5/6 Academy
